*** Installation ***
If you received this version of WinZip in a self-extracting ZIP file
(for example, TP95.EXE), you can install it as follows:
* On Windows 95: select Run from the Taskbar Start menu, type the full
name of the file (for example, C:\DNLOAD\TP95.EXE), press the Enter
key, and follow the prompts.
* On Windows 3.1 (FOR THE TP31.EXE ONLY!): activate the Program
Manager, select Run from the File menu, type the full name of the file
(for example, C:\DNLOAD\TP31.EXE), press the Enter key, and follow the
prompts.
If you received this version of WinZip in a ZIP file, first extract the
files to a directory on your hard drive, then activate the Program
Manager, select Run from the File menu, type C:\ANY_DIR\SETUP.EXE,
press the Enter key, and follow the prompts.

ToolPAL 3.0 is a desktop add-on to either Windows 95 or Windows 3.1.
This version only supports Windows 95. To download the windows 3.1
version, you can find it at: ftp://www.artistry.com/pub/tp31.exe.
Here is a brief description of what ToolPAL 3.0 does:
Windows magazine says, ToolPAL has "More Tools Than The Local Hardware
Store." ToolPAL 3.0 is a Windows utility for constructing Windows
toolbars. Buttons can do 20+ different actions, including helping your
Browser navigate the Internet. PC Mag states: "ToolPAL is the most
complete tool-palette builder available for Windows. You can use it
to create multitabbed, multibutton floating palettes that launch
applications or documents, send commands to your programs, monitor
system resources, and generally simplify a host of tasks."
This Windows 95 version of ToolPAL is only intended for use with
Windows 95--not Windows NT. ToolPAL 3.0 has not been tested with
Windows NT and may not run correctly.
The ToolPAL 3.0 User Guide is distributed as a separate file in Adobe
Acrobat 2.1 PDF format. If this file is unavailable at the site you
downloaded ToolPAL from, you can get it at
ftp://www.artistry.com/products/toolpal/.
To read or print the User Guide, you will need to have the
Adobe Acrobat Reader 2.1 or higher. You can get a free copy of the
reader from Adobe at http://www.adobe.com or Artistry, Inc. at
http://www.artistry.com/products/toolpal/.
ToolPAL is a shareware program that can be purchased for US$30.00
directly from Artistry, Inc, from Compuserve, and using a credit card
from PsL, the Public Software Library. For more information, read the
file order.txt that's installed in the ToolPAL 3.0 file folder.
If you are trying ToolPAL 3.0 for the first time, you will have 45 days
to evaluate it.
After ToolPAL 3.0 is installed and you have received Your registration
number, you may register your copy of ToolPAL 3.0 by clicking on the
Register button in the ToolPAL 3.0 About dialog.
